Ardal ArdaFIX Flex is a flexible thin-bed mortar with excellent properties. It has a high stability and can be used for bonding ceramic wall and floor tiles, including double hard-fired tiles, both indoors and outdoors and even under water.

Ardafix Flex is ideal for bonding different types of ceramic tiles and flagstones. It is water resistant and frost resistant, making it suitable for both wall and floor applications (it is also suitable for underfloor heating applications). It is easy to apply and has good spreadability. It is particularly suitable for problem areas where large shrinkage and expansion movements are to be expected, such as screed floors with underfloor heating, balconies, terraces and facades.

Ardafix Flex is mixed with clean water and can be applied immediately after a maturation time of approximately 3 minutes. The processing time of Ardafix Flex is approximately 4 hours (depending on the temperature) and the consumption of the dry mortar varies from 1.5 to 3.0 kg/m² (depending on the trowel). Ardafix Flex can withstand temperatures up to +80°C.
