Ardaflex XXL Flex is a flexible, lightweight thin-bed mortar that has been specially developed for bonding large format tiles. It offers a high sag and has an extremely high initial tack. With the added lightweight fillers, Ardaflex XXL offers the flexibility required for large format tiles. This mortar is suitable for both interior and exterior applications and is easy and smooth to process. It is also suitable for bonding double hard baked tiles and can be used in combination with underfloor heating. At a lower water dosage, Ardaflex XXL can also be used as a lightweight repair mortar for filling holes and cracks.

Ardaflex XXL must be mixed with clean water and a mixing ratio of 8.3 liters of water for walls, 9 liters of water for floors and 8.0 - 8.3 liters for filling and leveling per full bag of mortar is recommended. The adhesive is applied in two layers with a suitable trowel and consumption varies according to the thickness of the teeth.
