Ardatec FlexDicht is a ready-to-use surface sealing based on a modified plastic dispersion. It has been specially developed for sealing walls and floors, especially in wet areas. The product can be used for various applications, such as sealing difficult corner joints, as a bilge paste and is suitable for sealing under ceramic tiles. The product is moisture resistant and can be used for large surfaces, seams around floor openings and drains.

Consumption varies from 1.5 to 2.0 kg/m², depending on the composition and absorbency of the substrate. The product is elastic and can bridge cracks up to 3-4 mm. The processing temperature must not fall below +5°C and the drying time after application is approximately 10 hours at 20°C, depending on the temperature and absorbency of the substrate.
