Kimband is a high-quality sealing tape that is widely used in the construction of watertight joints. It consists of a reinforced polypropylene foil with a high tear resistance. Kimband is specially designed to be used at critical connections, such as the transition between walls and floors, around sanitary facilities and at expansion joints.

Kimband has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, masonry, wood and metals and can be easily fixed using a suitable sealant or adhesive. Once applied it can be painted over, tiled or finished to the desired finish.
