Terms of Delivery, Shipments & Returns
Terms of delivery
De Bedijking/Badhoevese Bouwmaterialen Handel specializes in home delivery of your order. Every day, 3 trucks drive through the Randstad and beyond to deliver orders to your doorstep. Building materials are often too heavy and too large to easily pick up, which is why we have very favorable rates for home delivery that make it possible to have your orders delivered quickly and easily. We use the following two rates for this:
1. Free delivery
Within a radius of 40 km from one of our 2 branches in Mijdrecht or Badhoevedorp, we deliver to your home from a net goods value of € 250 (ex. VAT) at no extra cost. Within a radius of 40 to 200 km from one of our 2 branches in Mijdrecht or Badhoevedorp, we deliver to your home from a net goods value of € 400 (ex. VAT) at no extra cost.
2. Overview of extra costs
If your order remains below the goods value of € 250 net (ex. VAT), a delivery rate of € 40 will automatically be charged in the webshop for deliveries within a radius of 40 km. If your order remains below the goods value of € 400 net (ex. VAT), a delivery rate of € 65 will automatically be charged in the webshop for deliveries within a radius of 40 to 200 km. The calculation of this distance is based on your zip code. For delivery of your order to the Wadden Islands or Zeeuws Vlaanderen, the freight costs are available on request.
Additional loose service
We are also able to deliver the goods you ordered “at height” by means of 2 unloading cranes of 22 m1. Hourly rate for extra bobbin work is € 78 for the 1st hour after arrival, after which to be settled per ½ hour.
To take off
In addition, you can of course always pick up goods at 1 of our 2 locations. If you come to collect the goods from us in advance without ordering via the webshop, please convince yourself in advance by telephone that we actually have the goods you want in stock at the location of your choice.
Returns
Goods delivered by us can be returned to us within a period of 30 days after delivery at one of our two locations, provided they are undamaged and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original order (receipt). If you would like to instruct De Bedijking/Badhoevese to collect the goods delivered, we will provide you with a return freight rate in advance. Items specially ordered and/or delivered directly to you ( not standard stock ) are not eligible for return deliveries.
