Sakrete Cast Floor Mortar Fast (GVM) is a dry cement-based mortar that hardens quickly and is suitable for making cement screeds on mineral substrates. The layer thickness of the floor can vary from 3 to 10 cm, depending on the substrate. Although it is less suitable as a visible floor, this cast floor mortar has various applications. It can be used for floors with underfloor heating, including the filling of milled slots for the heating pipes. In addition, it is suitable for dovetail floors and non-adhesive floating floors with a reinforcement mesh.

The Quick pouring floor mortar has a high compressive strength, flexural strength and a flow size of 260-300 mm. The binder is cement and the maximum grain size is 4 mm. Processing requires approximately 3.75-4.0 liters of water per 25 kg of dry mortar, and processing time varies depending on temperature. The consumption of the dry mortar is approximately 2.1 kg per m2 per mm of layer thickness.

During processing, the self-leveling floor mortar must be poured evenly over the surface and then leveled with a float. It is important to finish the floor in one piece.
