Mapegrout SV is a fast-setting and hardening mortar that flows easily and has controlled shrinkage. It is used for repairing concrete and securing drains, manhole covers and street furniture. It can be used for repairing concrete structures, industrial floors or roads. Mapegrout SV is a pre-mixed one-component powdered mortar with fast curing properties. It meets the requirements for protection and repair of concrete structures and has excellent mechanical properties, water tightness and wear resistance.

The mortar is prepared by adding water (3.0 to 3.25 liters per 25 kg bag) to the concrete mixer and then gradually adding Mapegrout SV. The mixture must be homogeneous and workable within 15 minutes. The mortar is poured directly onto the prepared place and smoothed with a trowel. Consumption of Mapegrout SV varies depending on the application, but about 20 kg/m² per cm of layer thickness is recommended for neat use.
